Now we have described process to use Batch Processing Series feature to generate multiple barcode labels

Step 1: Install Barcode Label Maker Software on your Windows PC or Laptop.

Step 2: Run DRPU Barcode Label Maker - Corporate Edition and choose any mode - Barcode Setting or Barcode Designing View mode for generating barcode labels. For demonstration purpose we are using Barcode Setting mode to generate multiple barcode labels. Select barcode technology (Linear or 2D barcode) and barcode font symbology as per requirement as shown. Barcode Designing View mode facilitates to design barcode label with different size, shape and drawing tools including text, rectangle, line, ellipse, custom shapes, watermark, card background, picture, barcode, signature etc.

Step 3: For generating multiple barcode labels, check “Enable Batch Processing” option and click on option to create list for data sheet as shown.

Step 4: Now go to “Create List Option” and check on “Create Barcode Value List” option. You can also create Barcode Header List, Barcode Footer List or Barcode Print Quantity List as per requirement. Choose Sequential Series or Constant Value Series or Random Series option to generate barcode value list. We are creating barcode value list using sequential series option. Fill values in different fields as shown and press OK button.

Step 5: Here you can see generated barcode series in Data Sheet. You can also add or edit row and column data manually in data sheet. If you want to add same header and footer text on barcode label then uncheck “Use Barcode Header” and “Use Barcode Footer” option in “Enable Batch Processing” option. Now enter barcode header and footer text as shown.

Step 6: Click on “Print” option from Standard Tools for printing barcode labels. Adjust printing setting to print multiple barcode labels on single sheet as shown. You can also set print setting to print multiple barcode labels on roll paper.

Step 7: You can also view print preview before final printing. Close print preview window and press “Print” button for printing barcode labels.
